Questions
Who is the weekly digest for?
Agencies, accountants, insurance brokers, banks, and anyone who sells to new businesses and wants the list delivered, not an API. If you want the data inside your own software, use the API instead.
What does each row include?
The legal name, entity type, state, formation date, city, ZIP code, and registered agent, as the state published them. No phone numbers or emails are added.
How much does it cost?
$19 a month for each state you pick: one state is $19, three are $57, all 12 are $228. Adding or removing a state later changes the bill, prorated by Stripe.
Which states are covered?
All 12 Recordwire states, including Delaware, whose company names appear only in the digest and the API, not on this site.
How do I change my filter or cancel?
Every email links to your digest page, where you can change states, entity type, or the name word, and open Stripe to cancel. There is no account to create.
